When will my order ship?
Our merchandise doesn't ship immediately — items receive their final touches upon order arrival. Multiple workshops handle production, so orders may ship separately.
How much is shipping?
All U.S. orders include free standard shipping. Canada shipping is available for additional fees.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States and Canada. We cannot ship to Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, or Syria.
How should I care for my merchandise?
Printed and embroidered garments should be turned inside out and washed in cold water. Specific care instructions are included with your merchandise.
What is your return policy?
We accept exchanges only for defective merchandise, incorrect decoration, or wrong size/color shipped. Contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order details and photos. All other sales are final.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! Look for coupons on our website and in our newsletters. Sales discounts are applied automatically at checkout. Corporate and charity bulk discounts are available upon request.
